What on earth do we do???

I was asked the other day from a client, after she read my limited liability disclosure, what on earth do we check? It caught me by surprise at first, then I read the disclosure again, and realized she had a valid question.

Our liability discloser can be limiting, and to answer her question I directed her to our website www.rshinspections.com where we have explained what we DO check and how our business is conducted. It is easy for me to know what we, as home inspectors, do but sometimes forget that not everyone understands what they are paying for.
