When you are looking to sell your house make it shine. Would you buy a car that the inside looks like a college hazing that was taken to far? well your house is no different to potential buyers. Cut the grass, pull the little baby tree out of your gutters, fix that busted porch swing…. Better yet just throw it away!

It surprises me as to how many thing you can do to improve your homes appearance for little to no money, just a little “can do attitude” and some sweat equity. I know I sound like my grandfather right there, but the old guy had some good pointers.
